What the Patient Advocate is capable of doing for you:

  1. They set up payment agreements for clients who prefer to pay off their balances in increments.
  2. They set down with clients and attempts to assist them understand their healing bills.
  3. They coordinate the “Sliding Fee Scale” application process which allows healing discounts for uninsured clients, depending on their qualifications.
  4. They ask that the client attempts to be present when they complete the paperwork, as the client typically knows most of the answers and are capable of expediting the completion process.
